26.MAY.10, 13:29 In this report we want to highlight the reception area of Mallman´s 1884 Restaurant in Mendoza, an attractive and complete drinks bar, provided of high quality beverages recognized worldwide, which offers to the visitor a great variety of exquisite drinks.

Our presence once more had as a main purpose to communicate and transmit from the experience the characteristics and alternatives offered by the famous restó.
After a cordial reception and of doing a forced stop in the bar, we entered to the lounge to eat, an agreeable setting with lights and very well set spaces achieving a comfortable and calm climate, a horizontal window shows the kitchen, and a gallery gives step towards the green garden where the fires as a background give detail and the identity of the kitchen of 1884.

In this meal we decided on plates with flavors and different cooking techniques to be able to "play" with a fresh and tasty Pinot Gris from San Juan and to pair the meat dishes we chose a complex and mature Cabernet Sauvignon 2006 from the First Zone of Mendoza, from over 50 years old vines. The same thing we looked in the dessert for creamy textures and flavors with acids and sweets to combine them with the Late Harvest Wine of the house and a cocktail named "Mendoza" with fortified Malbec wine, London Dry Gin, drops of cassis and vermouth. Besides the espresso coffee and ristretto that accompanied our end.

A well-deserved recognition and prestige, Mallman offers an ideal environment to enjoy its bar with cocktails and spirits of the World, its well marked flavors, its generous portions and thought well to pair with the Argentine wines, which do that we could suggest all those, mendocinos and visitors, to whom they encourage to experience what looked like to us a place full of agreeable details.

Note: easy access, near the city, with parking and safety and principally with a gastronomy of excellent level, precise food menu with different options and types of cooking, a generous wine list with prices and varied styles, and a warm human resource, from the bar up to the managers of the fires
