María Restaurant by Graciela Hisa, SEPTIMA Winery's restaurant, has been recently reopened and offers a varied menu accompanied by SEPTIMA's wines.
Graciela Hisa, with over 20 years of experience in different gastronomic undertakings, runs the restaurant and brings her unique style to it: a perfect combination of traditional and avant-garde cuisine.
The dishes in the menu are prepared with fresh regional products, mixing flavors and ingredients such as beef, pork, rabbit and kid meat with vegetables produced in Mendoza like tomatoes, potatoes, sweet potatoes, asparagus, corn, garlic and a wide range of fresh fruits such as peaches, apricot, apples, pears, quince and figs.
Mondays to Saturdays, from 12.30 pm to 3.00 pm.
