Guided Vertical Tastings

This type of tasting consists of a tasting of different vintages of the same wine (alternate harvests), by which the visitors will be able to appreciate the evolution of color, aroma, palate, bouquet, body and other features developed by the wine throughout the years.
The tasting is based on Montchenot 20 Años Red Wine
(1988 Vintage), Montchenot 15 Años Red Wine (1992 Vintage) and Montchenot Red Wine (1998 Vintage).
The tasting includes a brief explanation of how to taste this special wine, which varieties are used and short concepts of the winemaking process of aged wines, grapes harvest, it setra.
